Fair and transparent policies for returns and refunds of our customized textile products.

At FineKnit Textile Co., we are committed to providing high-quality customized garments and textile products. Due to the nature of personalised and made-to-order products, we follow a strict but fair refund and return policy outlined below.

1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

All orders are manufactured as per client-approved designs, specifications, and sizes.

Customised and bulk production orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun or the order has been dispatched.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously and conduct inspections before dispatch. However, in the rare event of:

Damaged packaging

Clearly visible manufacturing defects

Incorrect logo/branding from what was approved

You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery with:

Photographic evidence of the issue

Description of the problem

Invoice/order reference

Once verified, we will:

Offer replacements for the defective quantity OR

Credit the value of defective pieces in your next invoice (at our discretion)

3. Return Eligibility Criteria

Only manufacturing defects or mismatched orders (wrong size, design, or print) qualify for return.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All returns must be pre-approved in writing before dispatching any items back.

4. Process for Claiming Return or Refund

Email us at services@fineknit.co or WhatsApp at +91 9211438521 within 72 hours of receiving the order.

Include:

Order ID/Invoice

Clear images of the product(s) in question

Description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2 working days to guide you on the next steps.

5. No Returns/Refunds on the Following

Colour, size, or print alignment variations within ±5% industry tolerance

Change of mind after approval or production start

Delays due to logistics providers or force majeure

Free sample kits or promotional goods

6. Shipping Costs on Returns

If the return is approved due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For any other cases, shipping must be borne by the client.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds (only in rare cases) will be processed via NEFT/IMPS/UPI within 3-5 working days of confirmation.

We may also offer credit note adjustment for future orders instead of direct refunds.

Important Notice

Due to the customized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or design preferences. All returns must be due to manufacturing defects or incorrect specifications as per the approved order.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and report any issues within the 72-hour window to ensure we can assist you effectively.
