Terms of Service

All orders must be confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp, or signed quotation).

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate production. No order will be processed without the advance.

Quoted timelines and pricing are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation.

All prices are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are subject to change based on raw material costs and design modifications.

Any price revisions after order confirmation must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

All transportation and delivery costs are to be borne by the client, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the order confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by force majeure, material delays, or logistical disruptions.

Minor variations in color, size, GSM, and print alignment (±5%) are considered industry standard and shall not be treated as defects.

FineKnit Textile Co. ensures internal quality checks before dispatch, but encourages clients to inspect goods upon receipt.

Services such as packaging design, product labelling, photography, cataloguing, influencer outreach, or website development are available upon request.

The cost of all additional services will be capped at a maximum of 25% of the total goods value unless otherwise approved in writing.

Customised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced.

Returns will only be accepted in case of clear manufacturing defects acknowledged within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims must be supported with clear photographs and written description.

All designs, logos, and materials provided by the client shall remain their intellectual property.

FineKnit Textile Co. will not use client branding for promotion without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to showcase generic, non-branded samples for portfolio purposes.

Any proprietary information, trade secrets, or product concepts shared by either party shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.

FineKnit Textile Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from any delay, defect, or loss of goods beyond the value of the actual order.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India.

The courts of Faridabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
