At FineKnit Textile Co., we aim to deliver your customised apparel and textile products safely, efficiently, and on time. This policy outlines our standard shipping and delivery practices for all orders placed with us.

1. Shipping Responsibility

All shipping and transportation costs are to be borne by the client, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Clients may opt to:

Arrange pickup via their preferred logistics partner, OR

Request FineKnit Textile Co. to coordinate delivery through our third-party logistics partners (shipping cost will be added to the final invoice).

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard production and dispatch timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

Delivery timeline is calculated from the date of advance payment and design approval.

Typical dispatch window:

7–15 business days for standard orders

3–5 business days for express or stock-based items

Note: Timelines may vary based on order quantity, customization, or fabric availability.

3. Delivery Locations

We ship across India, including remote and Tier-3 cities.

International shipping is available for select bulk orders (subject to customs and clearance charges to be borne by client).

4. Delays & Force Majeure

FineKnit Textile Co. is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns

Transport disruptions

Delays from courier/logistics partners

However, we will make every effort to inform clients proactively and minimize disruption.

5. Packaging

All goods are packed securely using tamper-proof and industry-standard packaging.

Branded or custom packaging is available upon request and will be charged additionally (within the agreed service cap of 25%).

6. Inspection & Claims

Clients must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any issues (short delivery, damage in transit) must be reported within 72 hours of receipt, along with:

Photographic evidence

Order invoice number

7. Delivery Confirmation

A dispatch note or tracking ID will be shared once the order is shipped.

Deliveries arranged by the client are at client's own risk.

For orders arranged by us, we will provide logistics tracking support.

8. Urgent / Split Deliveries

Urgent or time-sensitive orders may incur rush charges, subject to fabric and production availability.

Split deliveries are allowed only if agreed upon at the time of order.
